Our Programs
One new disposal unit = One planted tree.
For every customer with a new disposal unit placed, Citron Hygiene donates $5 to support the planting of one tree in Canada. This ensures environmental impact is built directly into our everyday operations, not treated as an afterthought.
Tree planting is delivered in partnership with Tree Canada, a nationally respected nonprofit dedicated to planting and nurturing trees across urban, rural, and Indigenous communities in Canada.
How Trees Make a Difference
- A mature tree can absorb approximately 48 pounds of carbon dioxide per year.
- Through our Tree Donation Program, 2,000 trees are planted annually in Canada.
- Together, these trees help improve air quality, support healthier ecosystems, and create greener communities.

Taking part is easy.
Every new disposal unit installed, whether for a new customer or as part of an expanded hygiene program, funds the planting of one tree in Canada.
There are no additional forms, fees, or actions required. As your hygiene program grows, so does your environmental impact.
